🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • UK & Europe: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Tracking:
You can track your order using the tracking number provided via email or by visiting our Track Order page.

Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs, logistics issues, or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale or customized items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

To Start a Return:
Email us at contact@fliptrail.net with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Our support team will provide instructions.


⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please send photos and your order number to contact@fliptrail.net and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
