❓ Where do you ship from?
We partner with reliable fulfillment centers and suppliers around the world. Depending on the item and your location, orders may ship from the U.S., Europe, or Asia to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.
🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your package directly on our Track Order page.
🧾 I just placed an order—can I modify or cancel it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@fliptrail.net with your order number.
🛠 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

🧍 I ordered multiple items—why did I receive only one?
Some products are shipped separately due to warehouse locations or packaging size. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if items are shipped in multiple packages.
